Pizza Flatbread
The perfect pizza flatbread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Long flatbread 500 g
- 1 Can Tomatoes finely chopped (filling quantity 400 g)
- 0,5 pack Baked ham (62.5 g)
- 0,5 pack Country salami with green pepper (62.5 g)
- 0,5 Can Pineapple pieces (drained weight 170 g)
- 0,5 glass Sliced mushrooms (100 g)
- 0,5 Onion approx. 50 g
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- Rubbed oregano
- 4 Strong pinches of salt
- 0,5 pack Grated Emmental 125 g
- Halve the flatbread crosswise and cover / brush with half a can of tomatoes, finely chopped. Cover one half with sliced baked ham, pineapple pieces and sprinkle with ¼ pack of Emmental cheese. After the tomatoes and pineapple pieces, sprinkle with plenty of oregano and 2 big pinches of salt. Cover the second half with sliced salami, mushroom slices, chili pepper rings, onion wedges and sprinkled with ¼ pack of Emmental cheese. After the tomatoes and onion wedges, sprinkle with plenty of oregano and 2 big pinches of salt. Put everything in the preheated oven (200 C °) and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve each ½ pizza flatbread with the second ½ pizza flatbread.
