Ingredients
 

  • 1 Flatbread thin

  • 1 portion Tomato sauce / pizza sauce
  • 300 g Sucuk

  • 100 g Goat cheese
  • 150 g Hard cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preparation: I baked the flatbread myself. But put the dough in a 26cm cake tin. This makes it very even and also a little thinner than if you bake it normally. While the bread is baking, you can cook the tomato sauce.
  • Cut the cooled bread crossways. Spread half of the tomato sauce on both sides.
  • Cut the sausage and hard cheese into slices. Crumble the goat cheese.
  • First distribute the sausage evenly on the tomato sauce, then sprinkle the goat cheese over it and finally place the hard cheese on top.
  • Baked in an oven preheated to 180 ° C until the cheese is soft / melts.
