Pizza Made from Spelled Dough

The perfect pizza made from spelled dough recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Tomato sauce

  • 1 pack Dry germ
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 500 ml Lukewarm water
  • 4 piece Fresh tomatoes
  • 2 piece Paprika color does not matter
  • 7 Toes Garlic
  • 3 cm Tomato paste
  • 0,125 liter I frozen vegetable broth in portions
  • 1 shot Red wine
  • 1 shot Chopped basil
  • 1 branch Freshly chopped thyme
  • 3 Branches Freshly chopped oregano
  • 1 pinch Sugar, salt, pepper, chilli from the mill

Covering

  • Ham, artichokes, tuna whatever you like.
  • 1 pack Mozzarella
  • 5 Toes Garlic chopped if you like
  • 300 g Grated cheese

  1. Mix the flour, dried yeast, salt and the water and whisk briefly. Dust with a little flour and let rise for an hour.

sauce

  1. Wash the tomatoes and peppers Core and chop the peppers. Roast in rapeseed oil in a pan. Deglaze with vegetable stock and red wine and simmer. Add tomato paste. Finely chop the herbs and garlic and add to the sauce. Let simmer so long that there is not too much liquid left and the sauce is nice and creamy. Remove from the stove and let cool down a little

Career

  1. Place the proofed dough in a greased pizza tray and pull into shape by hand. you can also line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Now spread the sauce over the dough and top with mozzarella. I had half of the tuna that I stirred with red onion, turkey ham cut into strips, artichokes and of course a lot of grated cheese.
  3. When everything is ready, bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. Buon Appetito !!!
