Pizza Made from Yeast Dough with Spelled Flour
The perfect pizza made from yeast dough with spelled flour recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 dice Yeast fresh
- 1 kg Fine spelled flour
- 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
- 1 toe Garlic
- 0,5 Onion
- 50 ml Sunflower oil
- Butter for greasing the tray
- 1 Pckg Salami, hot
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 1 Pckg Grated Edam or Gouda cheese
- Water, lukewarm
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Parsley, basil, oregano
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Put oil, salt and lukewarm water in a bowl (initially approx. 200 ml) and dissolve the yeast in it with your fingers. Gradually add the flour until the dough separates from the bowl and fingers. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and place in a warm place so that the dough can rise.
- Mix the chopped tomatoes, clove of garlic (preferably through a Knofi press), finely chopped onion, herbs and olive oil. Add the salts, pepper and paprika powder.
- Now roll out the dough with a rolling pin or a STABLE glass. Grease the baking tray and place the dough on top and adapt to the shape of the tray. Brush with the tomato sauce and FIRST spread the CHEESE on it, then only spread the topping (here paprika strips and spicy salami). Bake the pizza in the preheated oven (180 ° C) for approx. 20 minutes. Only add cheese 5 minutes before removing the pizza from the oven. Unfortunately, I forgot to photograph the finished pizza because we destroyed it immediately after the delicious smell: )
