Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can/n tomatoes
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 loaf(s) (flatbread)
  • 1 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Parmesan, oregano, pepper, salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hangover killer the 2nd

Cut the flatbread in half horizontally. Open the can of tomatoes and pour them through a sieve. Lightly chop the tomatoes. Toast one half of the bread in the oven until lightly browned. Rub the garlic clove over the crispy surface like an eraser. Add the tomatoes, sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese, and season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread over the tomatoes. Finally, drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake everything for about 10-15 minutes at a medium heat. Place the second half of the bread on top as a lid to make a calzone pizza.
