Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper
  • Pepper from the jar
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 4 mushrooms, fresh
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • ½ can/n tomatoes, pieces (pizza tomatoes)
  • possibly ham
  • 100g salami

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the first 7 ingredients and knead by hand until everything is well combined. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel, set aside, and let rest. Meanwhile, prepare the topping. Finely dice the onion. Finely chop the garlic clove. Clean the mushrooms and also finely dice them. Dice the salami. Season the pizza tomatoes with the spices. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet, spread with the pizza tomatoes, and top with the prepared ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes at 200°C (fan oven) until the edges are golden brown.
