Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough
- 250 g crème fraîche, with herbs or plain
- 250 g salmon fillet(s), fresh or frozen, thawed, cut into cubes
- 16 king prawns, frozen, peeled, deveined, thawed
- 2 spring onions, cut into rings
- 50 g Gouda, young, grated
- Sea salt
- Pepper, white from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Divide the pizza dough into two pieces, roll out into a circle, and spread each with crème fraîche. Top with salmon, shrimp, spring onions, and Gouda cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (fan oven) for approximately 13-15 minutes.
