Pizza with cream and sour cream topping.
The dough is enough for a deep, thick-bottomed baking sheet. Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and sugar. Add the yeast water to the flour. Knead thoroughly with the dough hook of a mixer and add a little oil. Knead until the dough pulls away from the edges. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Knead the risen dough again by hand and roll it out to the size of the baking sheet. Spread the mushrooms on the dough. Mix together the cream, sour cream, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the sauce on the pizza. Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese on top. Place the pizza in the oven preheated to 200°C for about 30 minutes. If you like, you can also add other cheeses, such as blue cheese, to the cream sauce. Or try the cream sauce with oregano or Provençal herbs.
