Sour cream cake with tangerines

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4 can/n tangerines
  • 100 g almonds, sliced
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the mandarins. Then mix the sugar with the almond flakes. Stir the batter ingredients together, spread on a greased baking sheet, and arrange the well-drained mandarins on top. Sprinkle with the almond-sugar mixture. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
