Pizza roll casserole with cheese cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 rolls (pizza rolls)
  • 80 g herb butter
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 200 g grated cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Line the sides of the baking dish with pizza rolls. Spread the tops of the pizza rolls with a little herb butter. Mix the crème fraîche with the cream cheese, grated Parmesan, and 100g of the grated cheese. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the cheese mixture. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, paprika, and basil to taste. Pour the cheese mixture into the center of the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes.
