Pizza rolls à la Parma

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream (200 g)
  • 1 pack of smoked ham
  • 1 pack of arugula
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 5 rolls
  • oregano
  • marjoram
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff and season well with marjoram, oregano, salt, and pepper. You can add a little more seasoning if you like. Wash and dry the arugula, then chop finely. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Fold the arugula, mozzarella, and ham into the cream. Cut open the rolls and spread the prepared mixture on top. The rule here is: less is more. Bake at 180°C fan-assisted oven or 200°C top/bottom heat for about 15 minutes. Tip: You can also use a spicy Emmental cheese instead of the mozzarella.
