Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 500 g flour
- 1 red bell pepper(s), diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper(s), diced
- 150 g salami, cut into cubes
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 2 tsp pizza seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 350 ml water, lukewarm

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast cube with the sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Meanwhile, combine all the other ingredients, including the liquid yeast, and knead the dough. Using two tablespoons, place small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes. You can also vary the ingredients, for example, by adding ham, mushrooms, onions, olives, etc.
