Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 pinch(s) of chili flakes, mild
  • 1 tsp spice mix (Parisian pepper)
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree everything in a container with a hand blender and use it further, e.g. spread it on the prepared dough and top the pizza as desired and then bake.
