- 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated section, round
- 1 onion(s), red
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 bag of mozzarella
- 150 g minced beef
- e.g. sauce (barbecue)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- optional spice(s) of your choice

hearty and simply delicious
Preheat the oven to 250°C (top/bottom heat). Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, roll it out, and spread it with barbecue sauce. Brown the ground beef and spread it over the sauce. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings and the garlic clove into small cubes. Place the onion, garlic, and bacon on the pizza. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces and spread it over the pizza. If desired, sprinkle the pizza with seasoning. Bake on the second rack from the bottom at 240°C for approximately 12-18 minutes, or longer or shorter if desired.
