Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 7 half-baked pita bread rolls
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ can of tomatoes
  • a little tomato puree
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g ham
  • 1 mozzarella

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the pita rolls on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Then, mash the pelati without liquid in a bowl, mix in the tomato puree, and season. Spread this mixture on the pizza base, leaving a 1 cm border. Chop the ham and mozzarella into small pieces and place them on top of the pizza. Bake in the center of the oven at 220°C for about 15-12 minutes.
