Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef / lamb minced meat
  • 2 Green peppers finely diced
  • 5 Chopped onions
  • Some parsley
  • 2 Diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Paprika pulp from the tube
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • Paprika powder, salt and pepper
  • For the dough
  • 675 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1,5 packet Dry yeast
  • 375 ml Lukewarm water

Instructions

  • First prepare the dough. Put the flour with the salt in a bowl. Mix the water, olive oil and dry yeast and add to the flour. Knead everything well. Then place in a warm place for 1 hour. Finely chop the peppers, tomatoes, onions and parsley and mix with the minced meat, the spices, tomato paste, margarine and the paprika pulp. Possibly season again to taste. Roll out the dough and spread the minced meat mixture thinly on top. Now bake at 235 degrees (convection) for about 10-15 minutes (depending on your taste). Have fun copying 🙂 If you still have dough left over, you can make salami snails see my KB. You can still eat them the next day.
