Ingredients

  • 4 Tortillas
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 50 g Pine nuts
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Fresh oregano
  • 1 tbsp Freshly chopped rosemary
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Lemon fruit juice
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 4 Cocktail vine tomatoes
  • 0,25 Cucumber
  • 1 Buffalo mozzarella
  • Pepper, salt, olive oil

Instructions

  • Sear the ground beef in a pan with chopped rosemary, oregano and garlic and season with caraway seeds, paprika, pepper and salt. Make sure that no larger lumps form. Add pine nuts and sauté briefly.
  • Then add lemon juice and tomato paste and stir. If necessary, dilute with a little water, so that a thick sauce is formed.
  • Preheat the oven to 240 ° C and peel the onion and cut into rings. Brush the tortillas with the minced meat and spread a few onion rings on top and put in the oven for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • In the meantime, cut the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber into pieces. Take the pizza out of the oven and spread the lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes on top. Tear the buffalo mozzarella into pieces and spread over the top. If you feel like it, you can add some basil or coriander greens. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately and leave to taste.
