  • 1 kg Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 packet Dry yeast
  • 2 packet Brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 650 ml Lukewarm water

tomato sauce

  • See my Bolognes sauce

Covering

  • Arugula
  • Buffalo mozzarella

Instructions

  • Taking the pizza as a starter was born out of necessity, because my wife pays a lot of attention to her figure ....... but this is how I usually get it 🙂 Dough: Work the ingredients into a dough and take an hour Let go Tomato sauce: Like my Bolognese, but without minced meat, roll out the desired amount of the dough into a pizza base, spread with sauce and then top with rocket and buffalo morzarella. Since I can heat my baking stone to 300 degrees, the pizza takes around 15 minutes. Process the rest of the dough into rolls or just make more pizza.
