Plaice from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized potatoes, mainly waxy
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes
  • 350 g plaice fillet(s), frozen
  • 5 small spring onions
  • 3 tbsp Pesto Genovese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

simple summer dish

Thaw the fish and roughly chop it. Peel and dice the potatoes. Wash the tomatoes, then quarter them. Trim the spring onions and slice them into small rings. Brush a baking dish with a tablespoon of oil. Add the above ingredients to the dish. Pour the pesto over the dish. Season with salt and pepper, then mix everything thoroughly, preferably by hand. Place the dish in the oven at 180°C (fan oven) for 30-35 minutes and serve immediately.
