Ingredients

  • 250 g Plums
  • 250 g Apples
  • 250 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 2 tbsp Calvados

Instructions

  • Wash the fruit, core the plums, peel the apples and grate them finely.
  • Put the Ost (the plums and the apples) in a larger saucepan and bring to the boil. Puree the fruit with a hand blender. Now add the calvados. Then let the preserving sugar trickle in. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, rinse the glasses with boiling water.
  • Take a gel sample.
  • Now pour the spread into the glasses. Keep the glasses cool and dark. Lasts for a long time, as long as the spread is not licked away by brownies in the meantime.
