Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pack of yeast
- 250 ml milk, lukewarm
- 2 kg plum(s)
- sugar and cinnamon

Yeast cake from the BBA
Make a yeast dough from flour, sugar, butter, salt, yeast, and milk. I do this in the bread maker (menu: knead dough). You pour everything into the bowl and let it rise and knead. Roll out the finished dough on a baking sheet and spread the pitted plums on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and place it in the oven. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Remove the finished cake from the oven and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar again.
