Plum Cake with Grapes and Cinnamon
The perfect plum cake with grapes and cinnamon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 320 gr Flour
- 180 gr Sugar
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 25 Medium-Sized plums
- Dark grapes without seeds
- Cinammon
- 2 Eggs
- 130 Butter
- Knead 220 g flour, 80 g sugar, 80 g butter, egg and the baking powder into a dough.
- Line a round cake tin with baking paper, lay out the dough in it and raise it a little on the edge of the cake tin. Scatter some breadcrumbs on the dough. Place the pitted plums and grapes on top as desired.
- For the crumble, put 100 g flour, 100 g sugar and 50 g butter in a bowl and mix well. Spread the crumble on the plum cake. Now add a little cinnamon to the crumble. Now bake the cake in the preheated oven at 175 to 180 degrees for about 45 to 60 minutes. (I use convection!)
