Plum – Cinnamon – Cake

  • 125 g Butter
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 500 g Plums
  • Fat for the shape
  1. Mix the butter, sugar, eggs and milk until frothy. Mix the baking powder, flour and cinnamon and stir everything in well.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (sprinkled with breadcrumbs if necessary).
  3. Wash, halve and stone the plums. Place the peal halves on the dough with the cut surface facing up.
  4. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
  5. Let the cake cool in the tin, only then remove it from the tin and dust with powdered sugar if necessary.
