Plum – Cinnamon – Cake

- 125 g Butter
- 125 g Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 200 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Cinnamon to taste
- 500 g Plums
- Fat for the shape
- Mix the butter, sugar, eggs and milk until frothy. Mix the baking powder, flour and cinnamon and stir everything in well.
- Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (sprinkled with breadcrumbs if necessary).
- Wash, halve and stone the plums. Place the peal halves on the dough with the cut surface facing up.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
