Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s)
  • ½ bottle of schnapps (plum schnapps)
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1
  • Lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes about 4 glasses

Halve the plums, remove the stones, and place them in a saucepan. Pour in the plum brandy and puree everything with a hand blender. Puree until a red paste forms. Heat the plum mixture while puréeing, then add the gelling sugar and lemon juice. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. Then pour into jars rinsed with warm water and screw on the lids. Let stand upside down for about 10 minutes.
