Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 ml milk, warm
  • 125 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Butter, for the mold
  • 6 plums

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 12 muffins

Whisk margarine, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Add milk and beat until smooth. Combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and stir into the liquid mixture. Pit and finely chop the plums. Add them to the batter. Grease a muffin tin and fill with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
