Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 1,5 tsp heaped Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1,5 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 dL Red wine
  • 4 Egg
  • 135 g Sugar
  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1,5 pinch Salt
  • 690 g Plums stoned

Instructions
 

  • was baked in a size 32 cheesecake pan
  • Stone the plums and cut them into quarters at the same time preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Melt the butter until it is creamy and soft (almost liquid) - stir in cocoa and cinnamon until smooth
  • Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly
  • Beat the whole eggs with the sugar and salt very thick and creamy, really voluminous
  • Mix the butter with the chocolate and fold in gently, then fold in the baking powder and flour mixture with the red wine.
  • Empty everything into the tin and spread the quartered plums over it
  • TIP 8: Turn the plums a little on the skin side in the flour so they don't sink
  • Now bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes and when it is cold, dust it with powdered sugar
