Plum Whisky Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s), pitted weighed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 1 shot of whiskey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

enough for 6 preserving jars of 250 ml each

Wash and pit the plums, cut them into large cubes, and bring them to a boil in a saucepan with the cinnamon. Add the preserving sugar, stir, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring. Remove from the heat, add the whiskey, and immediately pour the jam into jars.
