Plum jam with grapefruit

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g plum(s) (prunes), pitted, weighed
  • 250 g grapefruit(s) (pink, flesh)
  • 1 kg gelling sugar
  • 4 cl plum brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the pitted plums into strips. Finely chop the grapefruit flesh. Combine everything with the preserving sugar and bring to a boil while stirring. Let it simmer for 4 minutes. Stir in the plum brandy. Pour the jam into jars while still hot and seal immediately.
