Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 kg grapes, red
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 2 limes, the juice
  • 1 pack of citric acid
  • 2 kg gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

enough for about 5 glasses

Pick and wash the grapes. Place them in a saucepan with the orange and lime juice and bring to a boil. Simmer until all the grapes have burst, stirring frequently. Strain through a sieve and let cool. Weigh the juice and cook it with an equal amount of gelling sugar and citric acid in a large saucepan according to the package instructions. Pour the juice into prepared screw-top jars while still hot and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
