Plums – Crumble – Cake

The perfect plums – crumble – cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the dough

  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 P Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 P Baking powder

for covering

  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 30 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1 kg Plums
  1. Briefly stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and egg.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder
  3. Stir in half, mix in the rest with your hands so that a crumbly dough is formed.
  4. Place 2 / 3 of the crumble on a greased baking sheet and press firmly.
  5. Mix all ingredients for the topping and spread on the dough.
  6. Spread the stoned, well-drained plums on top and sprinkle with the remaining crumble.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees on the second rack for about 55 minutes.
