Plums – Crumble – Cake
The perfect plums – crumble – cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the dough
- 250 g Butter
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 P Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 500 g Flour
- 1 P Baking powder
for covering
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 30 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Lemon
- 2 tbsp Custard powder
- 1 kg Plums
- Briefly stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and egg.
- Mix the flour and baking powder
- Stir in half, mix in the rest with your hands so that a crumbly dough is formed.
- Place 2 / 3 of the crumble on a greased baking sheet and press firmly.
- Mix all ingredients for the topping and spread on the dough.
- Spread the stoned, well-drained plums on top and sprinkle with the remaining crumble.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees on the second rack for about 55 minutes.
