Summer Salad with Feta La Ari

  • 0,5 Feta (Original Greek)
  • 0,5 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 0,5 Black pitted olives
  • 0,5 Olive oil
  • 1 Splash Mild white vinegar
  • 1 Splash Salt and black pepper (mill)
  • 2 Praising Sugar
  • 1 kl. Splash Lemon juice
  1. Wash everything and cut into small pieces. I peeled the green cucumber and cut the olives in half.
  2. Put in a bowl and add the ingredients for the salad dressing, stir and that’s it!
