  • 1 pointed cabbage
  • 2 carrots

  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil, more depending on the size of the cabbage
  • salt and pepper

Remove the outer leaves from the pointed cabbage, then chop it finely. The easiest way to do this is to quarter it and then cut it into strips from front to back. Squeeze the lemon and lime. Grate the carrots. Mix the pointed cabbage with all the other ingredients. It’s best to refrigerate the salad for a few hours to allow it to marinate. Enjoy!
