Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ small pointed cabbage
  • 240 g Tatar , if you don’t have to save calories, use minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 60 g sheep’s cheese, light
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

WW suitable

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tartar until crisp and crumbly. Dice the onion and fry with the tartar. Cut the pointed cabbage into strips and add to the pan. Sauté briefly, then add a little water and simmer until the cabbage has softened. Stir in the sour cream and season to taste. Stir in the diced feta cheese at the very end. Boiled potatoes are a great accompaniment.
