Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g cheese (Limburger)
  • 200 g cheese (hand cheese)
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Caraway seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the butter, Limburger cheese, hand cheese, and processed cheese in a double boiler. Now stir in the quark and cream. Finally, add the caraway seeds, salt, pepper, and baking soda. Mix everything well and remove from the heat. Stir several times until cool. Tastes great with fresh brown bread or baguette.
