Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pointed cabbage
- ½ onion(s)
- 100 ml water
- salt and pepper
- chili flakes
- 1 tsp, leveled caraway seeds
- some clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the cabbage into chunks and dice the onion. Lightly sauté in clarified butter, then add the water and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
