Polenta Soup

The perfect polenta soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 liter Milk
  • 0,5 liter Broth
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 1 Cup Polenta
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs
  • Spices
  1. Briefly fry the clove of garlic in coconut oil and add milk and water. As soon as the liquid boils, add the polenta and bring to the boil.
  2. Polenta and / or liquid can be added as desired to achieve a thicker or more liquid consistency.
  3. Now season to taste with curry powder and any other spices.
  4. This soup can be wonderfully modified to suit different tastes.
