Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups popcorn
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Mug cake
One cup holds 200 ml. Grind the popcorn in a blender until finely ground. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for about 50 minutes on the middle rack at 160°C.
