Poppy seed and strawberry cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g QimiQ Whip Vanilla (cream preparation)
  • 125 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 6 tbsp poppy seeds
  • ½ lemon(s), zest and juice
  • 250 g strawberries
  • some white pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Fast and delicious

Stir the QimiQ until smooth (according to the package instructions), then stir in 125g of curd cheese, the zest and juice of half a lemon, and the poppy seeds. Pour into bowls or glasses and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Before serving, wash the strawberries, cut them into pieces, and toss with white pepper. Arrange the strawberries on top of the cream and garnish with a mint leaf.
