Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 2 cups of flour, non-slip
  • 2 cups poppy seeds, ground
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 shot of rum, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mug cake

1 cup = 250 ml. Mix all ingredients well, pour into a greased and floured springform pan and bake at 180 ° top/bottom heat for approx. 50 – 60 minutes.
