Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pork fillet(s)
- 500 g sweet cream
- 100 g herb butter
- 2 gr. can/n tomato paste, 140 g each
- salt and pepper
- Metaxa
- Cayenne pepper
- Marjoram, shredded
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Paprika powder, hot
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
simply delicious, like in a Greek restaurant
Cut the fillet into pieces and fry in hot olive oil. Deglaze with Metaxa. Add the cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the herb butter and simmer for another 5 minutes. Thicken with the tomato paste and season to taste.
