Pork fillet – pan

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pork fillets
  • 150 g cheese (Edam), sliced
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 cube of stock (soup cube)
  • some fat, for frying
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into medallions about 5 cm thick, pressing them down lightly. Heat the pan, add fat, and heat it up. Add the medallions (you can flour them first) to the pan and sear briefly on both sides (but sear them well!). Top with cream, crumble the stock cube, and sprinkle over the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the cream and cover the meat with the cheese slices. When the cheese has melted, the medallions are cooked (should be!). Serve with homemade spaetzle. This dish is delicious and really quick to make.
