Pork fillet stew with apples

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg pork fillet(s)
  • 3 m.-large apples, sour
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 4 tbsp sauce (barbecue sauce)
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda, medium-aged) for gratinating
  • some margarine for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Aromat
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the pork fillet and sear them vigorously in a pan. Season with salt, pepper, and seasoning. Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples. Grease a deep casserole dish and layer the meat and apples alternately. Mix the cream, barbecue sauce, and curry sauce together and season with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the meat and grate the cheese over it. Bake the pork fillet dish at 150°C – 175°C (convection oven) for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with potatoes or tagliatelle and a mixed salad.
