Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g pork fillet(s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the pork fillet into slices approximately 2-3 cm thick and sear briefly in hot oil. Remove the meat pieces and season with salt and pepper. Stir the cup of crème fraîche and a crushed garlic clove into the oil from the searing process, and bring to a boil briefly. Line the bottom of a greased baking dish with tomato slices and place the meat on top. Crumble the feta cheese and spread it over the meat and tomatoes. Add the crème fraîche sauce. Bake everything in the oven at 220°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with pasta.
