Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g pork fillet(s)
- 250 g Black Forest ham
- 4 onions
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ large lemon(s), the juice
- salt and pepper
- broth
- e.g. parsley, chopped

Great for guests
Cut the fillet into slices and flatten, then season with pepper. Then roll each slice in the ham and place in a baking dish. Peel and finely chop the onion, and sauté it in a pan. Then add the sour cream, cream, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil briefly and season with salt, pepper, and stock to taste. Then pour the mixture over the fillet rolls. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serve with rice and a fresh salad, or salad and a fresh baguette. A light white wine is recommended.
