Fruity marinated pork

This marinade is great for last-minute decisions as it doesn’t need to be marinated. The result tastes like a vacation in the South. Mix together a marinade of oil, orange zest, garlic, salt, and pepper. Lightly score the pork fillets on both sides with a knife (about 2 mm deep). Brush the marinade onto both sides of the pork fillets using a pastry brush. If you don’t have a pastry brush, you can also use a freezer bag and place the pork fillets and marinade in it. Simply tie a knot in the bag and knead everything well. This way the marinade is distributed very evenly over the meat. Now simply fry the marinated meat in a pan and serve with vegetables and potatoes, for example.
