Pork loin with curry marinade from the grill

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pork loin(s)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp curry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the loin into evenly sized slices. Combine the oil, curry powder, salt, and pepper and brush the loin with the mixture. Marinate in a vacuum-sealed container for at least 2 hours or overnight. Grill the loin. Cooking time: 10-15 minutes, depending on the heat.
