Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 small potatoes or 4 large ones
- 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the potatoes and boil them in water until tender. Mix the marinade. Grill the cooked potatoes, turning once. Spread the marinade over them and serve.
