Minute steaks with pepper cheese sauce

Rub a casserole dish with the garlic and heat the wine with the garlic pieces. Gradually add the cheese to the hot wine, stirring constantly, until a creamy sauce forms. Remove the garlic pieces. Fry the minute steaks in a pan with a little oil and let them rest for about 5 minutes. Add the juices to the sauce and season with a splash of Worcestershire sauce and a pinch each of salt and sugar. Place the steaks in a gratin dish (or similar) and pour the sauce over them. Serve with baked potatoes, mixed salad, and white wine.
