Pork strips with pears

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 500 g pork fillet(s), cut into thin strips
  • 2 large pears, sliced
  • 4 spring onions, sliced ​​into rings
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, and sherry and marinate the meat in it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Sauté the garlic, ginger, and spring onions in a hot wok with a little oil. Add the marinated meat and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes. Add the pear slices and heat for about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
