- 300 g pork fillet(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 5 sprigs of oregano, or chopped
- 1 cup whipped cream
- pepper
- Salt

quick goulash without braising
Cut the pork into strips about 2 cm thick and 3 cm long. Then dice the tomatoes and onion. Sear the meat on all sides, adding the onions for 2-3 minutes. Season with pepper, paprika, and salt to taste. Then add the heavy cream, season with oregano, and bring to a boil briefly. Pasta or rice goes well with this dish.
